MIRA es una plataforma de inversión y desarrollo de bienes raíces que integra activos comerciales, residenciales y de oficinas en México. Fundada en 2007 por Black Creek Group, una compañía de bienes raíces basada en Denver, Estados Unidos.
En 2014, Ivanhoé Cambridge adquirió el 50% de MIRA. Ivanhoé Cambridge es una subsidiaria de La Caisse de Depot et Placement du Québec y es líder mundial en la industria de bienes raíces; basada en Montreal, Canadá, y tiene inversiones en América, Europa y Asia. Ivanhoé Cambridge cuenta con más de CDN$42,000 millones en activos, más de 15 millones de m2 en oficinas, centros comerciales y naves industriales; más de 23,000 unidades residenciales en renta y aproximadamente 1,500 empleados. MIRA es la primera inversión del grupo en usos mixtos en México.

SALES AND MARKETING VICE PRESIDENT
The Sales and Marketing Vice-president will be MIRA's representative responsible for establishing and leading the sales strategy and sales teams of all MIRA's developments, including, among others:
Development of overall Projects Sales Plan including annual sales program, commission strategy structure, sales cost budget, commercial objectives, etc., for each one of the projects.
Analyze all market segments relevant to product mix.
Define the target markets and product offering.
Define the appropriate marketing organization for the company's maturity/size.
Strategic planning including corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.
Oversee marketing communications
Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with sales for lead tracking and management.
Oversee product marketing including product launch management, presentations, competitive analysis and general sales support.
Elaborate sales staff job descriptions.
Participate in the definition, hiring and management of the team
Review sales teams' performances versus objectives and act according to the needs
Manage and close unusual deals of each project
Identify, produce and present sales and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) to MIRA's senior management
The ideal candidate will be a professional with a strong quantitative background and a proven track record in sales and marketing in a multinational and/or institutionally managed corporation.
Experience in real estate development and/or construction sales management is desirable.
Experience working in a highly entrepreneurial setting is preferred, as is experience in managing institutional capital and related investor relations.
The successful candidate will be bilingual and familiar with business practices in Mexico and the United States.
EXPERIENCE
At least 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing.
A self-directed and motivated individual requiring a minimum amount of supervision
Exceptional team player
