The project emerged from MiRA’s vision to transform a historically significant yet underutilized block in the heart of Polanco. With our expertise, we reimagined the site into an exclusive branded residence offering an unmatched luxury living experience in one of the city’s most prestigious districts. Armani Residences Masaryk are set to enhance Polanco’s stature by bringing global luxury standards to local residents, elevating the district’s prominence on the world stage.

Currently under development, with pre-sales underway and retail pre-leasing in progress. Construction is on track, with first deliveries expected in spring of 2027.
