Planned Growth in the Right Place
Cuadrante Centro Sur brings together housing, offices, retail, and public space — all within a human-scale layout . Located near key employers, schools, and services, the site was selected for its potential to support thoughtful, in fill development within the city’s existing footprint.
Retail was intentionally integrated into the plan from the outset, not just as an amenity, but as an anchor for activity and local engagement. The district’s first phase was delivered through adaptive reuse , repurposing a former commercial site and setting the tone for what’s to come.

The Hub: Activation Through Adaptive Reuse
The Hub, an adaptive reuse of a former retail
site, is a curated retail and dining destination,
inspired by places like Chelsea Market and
Cervecería Hércules. It brings together local
food, community wellness, and social activity, in
a space designed for everyday use and local
identity.
As the first completed component of the district, The Hub demonstrates how small-scale activation can spark broader transformation. With additional parcels positioned for residential and mixed-use development, Cuadrante Centro Sur is steadily evolving into a complete urban neighborhood.
