Reintroducing Neighborhood Life
From the start, Nuevo Sur was envisioned as a mixed-use district that would reestablish residential life while integrating housing, retail, offices, and hospitality in a cohesive plan.
Rather than follow a single-use model, the project was shaped around daily living, where homes, workplaces, dining, and gathering spaces coexist. Streets and public areas were designed for walkability, flexibility, and a sense of neighborhood connection.

A Model for Mixed-Use Living
Today, Nuevo Sur is a go-to meeting point in Monterrey.
From its earliest phases, the project has embodied a live-work-play model, with every element designed to support daily life and local vitality.
Nuevo Sur continues to thrive as a landmark for urban regeneration and stands as a national reference for successful mixed-use development in Mexico.
